Ingredients
1 - 12 oz can refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
1/2 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon "Italian" PLEASONING
1 - 14 oz jar Pizza Sauce (Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375. In a muffin pan, evenly press each biscuit in bottom and up the side of cups. Chill until ready to fill.
In a 10-inch skillet, brown ground beef and PLEASONING over med-high heat; drain. Stir in Pizza Sauce and heat through.
Evenly spoon beef mixture into prepared muffin cups. Bake 13-15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Gently remove snacks from pan and serve.
