Obama In Badgerland Tomorrow
(AP) Republican Gov. Scott Walker plans to greet President Barack Obama in Milwaukee on Wednesday and accompany him on a visit to Master Lock. Walker's spokesman Chris Schrimpf confirmed Tuesday that Walker will meet the president at the tarmac and join him on the company visit. Walker has been attempting to tie the effort to recall him from office with Obama's re-election plans and hopes of winning Wisconsin like he did in 2008. Walker has been telling supporters that a victory for him in a recall would be a ``devastating blow'' for Obama's chances at re-election. In a speech to conservatives Friday in Washington, Walker also criticized Obama for comments the president made last year during the uproar over Walker's proposal limiting collective bargaining rights for public workers.
Exports Up In Wisconsin

The state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection says that's an 18 percent increase over the previous year. The state's top agricultural exports include wheat, corn and barley. Its top markets are Canada, Mexico, South Korea, China and Japan. Wisconsin ranks 16th among states in agricultural exports.
Teen Escapes and Escapes and Then Gets Caught
Markus Chandler's had a busy month so far. La Crosse police had been looking for the 19 year-old for owing thousands in back child support. Spotted him several days ago driving. Cops chased Chandler for a ways while he drove through stop signs and sped down alleys trying to get away. They say he got out of the car and ran. Days after that, they nearly had him a second time when a city bus driver corralled him after suspecting Chandler of cleaning out another passenger's wallet. That time, he kicked his way out of the door of the bus. Finally got him on Friday just before he escaped from a bedroom window. Chandler's in jail today, facing up to ten charges.
Police Nab One in Flat Tire Robbery Scheme
La Crosse police have one man in custody from a robbery earlier this month. But they're still looking for accomplices. They say 22 year-old Jacob Foley was the point man in an elaborate scheme to steal thousands of dollars in cash from a woman. Police say Foley damaged the woman's tire and then later offered to fix it in return for a ride home. Instead, Foley led the woman to an ambush. They say Foley choked her, another guy stuck a knife in her face and somebody was waving a gun around. The guys got sixty bucks altogether.
No Baby in That Stroller
You can understand the concern of those who witnessed the three teens out late at night pushing a baby stroller in LaCrosse. A 19 year-old and a couple of middle schoolers near the Walgreen's around midnight on a Friday looked drunk. And they were, say police, once they tracked the trio down. They were also suspected of shoplifting from the all night drug store. Police found a purse full of stolen make-up. In the stroller, under a blanket, not a baby. But three packs of frozen chicken.
