This isn't the first time Hogenkamp has been in trouble for children's porn. A La Crosse County judge in June sentenced Hogenkamp to 10 years of probation for downloading child pornography.
Vinehout Introduces Bill to Foster County Cooperation
Democratic State Senator Kathleen Vinehout is finding support from both political sides with a bill she has introduced that would reverse an amendment to the state budget passed this summer. The amendment stops counties from working together unless the project involves roadwork in extending into an adjacent county. Job Numbers and Unemployment Percentage Both Down in Wisconsin
Job numbers continue to shrink in Wisconsin. But so does the state's unemployment rate. New numbers from the state today shows that job numbers decreased in the state by nearly ten thousand from September to October on a seasonally adjusted basis. At the same time, the state's unemployment rate dipped just slightly to 7.7%. Down a tenth from September to October. Onalaska Thief Busted
An Onalaska man was arrested this week and charged with numerous counts of burglary and theft. Twenty year old Jonathan Huber was arrested Tuesday and charged with 5 counts of burglary, 4 counts of theft and residential burglary. On Monday, an Onalaska Officer reported that his personal vehicle had been entered and an ipod was taken. Through a check of the LeadsOnline system, it was found that the ipod had been pawned at Pawn America by Huber’s girlfriend. The officer’s property was successfully recovered with Pawn America’s cooperation.
