Kader: Bids for Bliss Need to be on Hand When Council Decides to Fix

At this point, there's been no decision made to actually fix Bliss Road in La Crosse. Yet, the city council's on the way towards collecting bids on the road to Grandad Bluff that's been washed out since last summer.   City council president Audrey Kader says it's good to have the bids on hand in case the council votes to proceed with repairs. She says Bliss is likely to get fixed eventually.  Especially since there seems to be new willingness from the town of Shelby to help pay for repairs.
