Three guys face charges for a fifth OWI in La Crosse county court today.  49 year-old Robert White from West Salem and La Crosse guys, 48 year-old Richard Stach and 29 year-old Jon Storandt all got busted this week-end driving drunk for the fifth time.  They say Storandt hit it hard before getting behind the wheel.  La Crosse cops stopped him speeding at bartime on Sunday on Copeland Avenue.  Stumbling drunk, they say.  Blew a .25 at the scene couldn't remember where he lived.
