Among the many drunk driving arrests in La Crosse this week-end, there was the one guy who picked up his fourth OWI.  Cops found Andrew Reget passed out in his car on the northside at about three in the morning.  The car was running, turn signal on, headlights on high beam.  The 35 year-old from Onalaska told cops he was just taking a nap on the way to his friend's house.  Blew a .184 on the breathalyzer.  Got to P on the alphabet test before he stopped and told the officer he just wasn't very good at English.
