Was there a second car?   Valerie MacSwain was driving her SUV yesterday morning at about 10:30 when she claims a car came out of nowhere, crossed the center line forcing the 50 year old Fountain City woman  to take evasive action.   She managed to wipe out smacking into two guardrails allegedly trying to steer clear of the other car.  MacSwain was driven to a Winona hospital.  Cops say there's no evidence of a 2nd car and so far no witnesses to the crash have come forward.  Buffalo County deputies would like a call if you have any information.
