Kapanke Opposes Health Care Bill

Dan Kapanke is taking action.  The state senator has drafted a resolution that would give attorney general J.B. Van Hollen the authority to file a lawsuit against the feds after the recent passing of the health care bill.  The republican lawmaker says the bill is unconstitutional.  He also believes it will cost Wisconsin big bucks and violates the tenth amendment.  Before Van Hollen can file suit the state senate will have to pass Kapanke's resolution.  Which could be tricky with democrats in the majority.
