Mayo Employee Busted for Video Pen in Bathroom Stall

A Franciscan Skemp IT employee in La Crosse is in trouble for trying to take videos in a bathroom.   Cops say a construction worker found a video-recording pen in the ceiling above a bathroom stall in a unisex bathroom at the Professional Arts Building at Franciscan Skemp.  Cops say the motion-activated pen was apparently set up to record toilet private time in the sixth floor bathroom.   Not much action there.  Cops say they have pictures of the employee, Jeffrey Baylor, recording himself getting the pen into position.  And the construction worker taking the pen out of the ceiling.  The 27 year-old Baylor faces a couple of charges including invasion of privacy.
