Statewide Deer Hearings Scheduled

The Wisconsin Conservation Congress in conjunction with Dr. James Kroll, announced they will hold six town hall meetings around Wisconsin from April 16th-21st. The purpose is to gather ideas and solutions from people, sportsmen and sportswomen to help forge a new age for Wisconsin’s deer management practices. Kroll is Wisconsin’s white tailed deer trustee who has been contracted by the State of Wisconsin to conduct an independent, objective and scientifically based review of Wisconsin’s deer management practices.

Locally, a hearing will be held in Black River Falls on Thursday, April 19th.
