Lawsuit a "stunt," but insurance demand is not--Dems

The idea of suing to stop the new federal health care plan? That's "frivolous," according to Wisconsin Democrats.

But those Dems insist they're not being frivolous in demanding that Republicans in state office give up their own tax-funded insurance coverage.  Graeme Zielinski is a spokesman for the Wisconsin Democratic Party. The party issued the challenge to give up state-run insurance, in response to Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen's pursuit of a suit to block the Obama health bill.
