Boater Gordon's Body Found After 3-Week Search

The body of a missing Onalaska man has been found in the lake where he was last seen just before Easter.

Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald says a boater found the body of Todd Gordon on Sunday morning, not far from where he was believed to have fallen into the water.

Deputies say Gordon went missing April 6 when he was trying out his new boat on Red Cedar Lake, northeast of Rice Lake. His boat was found on shore with nobody in it.

Fitzgerald says the boater who discovered Gordon was a private citizen who was helping the sheriff's department with the search.
