Who won the sausage race? The motorcycle. Just ask a banged up Kevin Carboni. The La Crosse man was dressed in a Klement's sausage costume yesterday in Milwaukee to help promote the Milwaukee Brewer's opening day. He was part of a costumed relay team running from the Klements factory to Miller Park. As he ran, Carboni was run over by his police motorcycle escort. He is ok, and was able to finish his leg of the race, but he suffered some minor injuries.
