One hundred and nineteen million dollars.  That's how much Minnesota has coming to them according to Representative Greg Davids.  Because Wisconsin owes Wisconsin that much and hasn't paid Governor Tim Pawlenty has put an end to tax reciprocity between the two states.  Meaning that people who work in one state and live in the other will now have to file two tax forms.  Which will inevitably lead to higher taxes for border residents.  The Wisconsin senate is looking at putting together a study.  Davids doesn't believe that will accomplish anything.
