Weeks Pile Up for Suspended La Crosse Employees

Today marks six weeks since a couple of high level city employees in La Crosse were escorted from city hall.  Municipal prosecutor Pete Kisken and Community development administrator Liana Escott have been on paid administrative leave since May 24th.  The city won't say why the two have been suspended, only that the case remains under investigation.  Kisken is still listed as the municipal prosecutor on the city's website.  Escott, however, is not listed.  The two will continue to receive full compensation while suspended, none of which will have to be returned.
