Rain Returns To Lax

A streak of 22 dry days in La Crosse came to an end this morning...

At least six-hundredths of an inch of rain has fallen today at the National Weather Service office in La Crosse...marking the first time since June 20th that more than a trace of rain has been measured in the city. Elsewhere in the county, the town of Holland received half-an-inch of rain since midnight. Spring Grove is the only community in the immediate La Crosse area to get more than an inch of moisture today, with almost three inches recorded by 7 a.m.
