Gow Reacts To Penn State Ruling

Penn State loses 10 football scholarships per year and the ability to play in a bowl game for four years. It also gets fined $60 million, and all football wins from 1998-2011 are being vacated. All due to the event surrounding former coach, Jerry Sandusky and the child abuse scandal. We talked with Penn State Alum and UW- La Crosse Chancellor, Joe Gow, about what the trickle down effect is on his campus.

Penn State must also adhere to new rules and policies put in place by the NCAA and will be put on probation for 5 years.
