A teacher assistant in La Crosse schools has been busted by police for some inappropriate goings-on inside a men's restroom at a mall on the northside. Cops say a witness pegged Glendon Fischer as the guy who solicited him for a sex act and displayed his anatomy from inside of a bathroom stall. Cops say they arrested the 67 year-old carrying a condom, latex gloves, some hand lotion, and a hanky. Police say Fischer denies any misdeeds but the witness is certain he's the lurid lavatory lounger. Cops are looking into the possibility that Fischer's been involved in other similar incidents.
