Pollsters Need More Training

Foul play or confusion? Hundreds of voters called a hotline to report voter issues at the Scott Walker recall vote. Some voters said they were asked for photo identification at the voting booth, even though Wisconsin recently struck down a law that would have made it necessary. And some college students felt they were treated unfairly. The solution?

Andrea Kaminsky heads the state's League of Women Voters. Some of the problems they saw were the same ones identified by Republicans in the state Senate election in Racine County where a recount took place. But unlike the GOP, the League does not say that voter fraud might have been committed.
