A suspected graffiti artist in La Crosse County could enter a negotiated plea next month...

A plea hearing is planned on September 20th for Bryant Koscianski of Onalaska. He was arrested in early July on charges of spray-painting dozens of graffiti symbols around La Crosse. A police search of Koscianski's home uncovered over 100 cans of spray paint, and a billboard where he apparently practiced graffiti technique. He's also facing charges in Minnesota of causing about a million dollars in damage to railroad equipment sprayed with graffiti.
