UW-L Chancellor Worried About Heroin Popularity

As the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse campus comes alive with students once again, one looming thought crosses Chancellor, Joe Gow's mind.

Gow says he and other local college heads met recently with La Crosse Police interim Chief, Rob Abraham about the growing heroine problem in the city. The main concern says Gow is not on the campus but off campus where people rob and steal to get money to buy the drug.
