Kong Vue Pleads Guilty to Young Woman's Murder
The man who admits to shooting a La Crosse woman last March during a burglary could get up to 40 years in prison.
Kong Vue pleads guilty to the murder of Sara Hougom. He and his uncle, Pao Choua Vue, could be sentenced together in November for what police say was a random shooting. The negotiated count for Kong Vue is reckless homicide. Three other charges were dismissed.
