David Johnson is not an elected official, but he's a government maintenance worker for the town of Campbell. Johnson has been arrested on a theft charge, and he's expected in La Crosse County court today. The D-A's office says Johnson is suspected of stealing less than 100-dollars of gas from town supplies to use in his own vehicle.
