Winona Man Nailed On Child Sex Flix Charges
The Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children several years ago. The lengthy investigation eventually determined that Seeger allegedly received payments for a website that contained sexually graphic images of children. Police recovered computer information from Seeger's downtown Winona apartment that contained over 500 images and five movies of children.
Seeger, who the complaint also says was convicted in 1998 of possession of child pornography, will make his initial appearance in Winona District Court on October 30th.
