School District Gears Up For Referendum Campaign

Haven't heard alot about the La Crosse School District $15 million referendum lately. Do they think it will just slide through on November 6th?
Superintendent, Randy Nelson, says quite a bit goes into a referendum and everything they want to present to the public has to go through a chain of command first. A campaign on the referendum comes out in October.
