Car tipping isn't necessarily becoming a new tradition for Oktoberfest in La Crosse.  But this is the second consecutive year that a car was tipped over in the city on opening week-end for the fest.  Police say a group of young men tipped a Toyota Corolla on its side late Saturday night in the neighborhood around UWL.   Not much of a description of the car tippers other than that they were wearing tank tops and ran from the scene chanting, "USA."
