UW-L Hosts 4 Debates

The UW-La Crosse Political Science and Public Administration Department will hold debates on campus between candidates for four area races.
The debates include: the 94th Assembly District on Tuesday, October
9th
between Representatrive Steve Doyle and Bruce Evers
at the Port O’
Call, Cartwright Center at 7pm........the 96th Assembly District also on October
9th at 7:45 pm with Democrat Tom Johnson and Representative Lee Nerison.
The 32nd Senate District debate between Bill Feehan and Senator Jennifer
Shilling will be held from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 23rd at the
Port O’
Call, Cartwright Center. And the Third Congressional District debate between Ray
Boland and Representative Ron Kind will be held from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, October
30th also at the Port O’ Call, Cartwright Center.
UW-L Political Science
Professor Joe Heim will moderate the
forums, which are free and open to the
public.
