Talks likely to begin soon between developer Don Weber and La Crosse city hall about a fourth Riverside Center building downtown.  The full city council votes tonight on whether to begin those talks with the Riverside Center owner and Logistics Health founder.  Weber's pretty sure that will happen.  But everything else about a fourth building is a little less clear

Weber says his recently completed third building is nearly at capacity and he anticipates Logistics Health growth over the next 3-5 years would fill a fourth building as well.
