Development Decision Has Tea Partier Irked

Movement on redevelopment plans in La Crosse.  The city council has given initial approval for beginning negotiations for development on a few projects and planning for a new TIF district on the northside.  That has local tea partier Greg Luce dissatisfied, especially since the city still doesn't have a policy for dealing with TIF districts
