The 80 million dollars Western Technical College will referendum for, will go towards upgrading and improving the Coleman Center, Kumm Center, Integrated Technology Center, and the Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technician Center. It will also help fund a new greenhouse and parking ramp. WTC President, Lee Rasch, says right now, money goes towards other things that stop them from upgrading buildings.

If passed, Rasch said that he hopes the improvements will allow them to increase the student population to 5,000 students by the year 2020.
