Police Say Investigation Continues After Mays Murder Arrest

More leads to develop in the May's photo murders. La Crosse police say the investigation into the shootings continues despite the arrest this week of 39 year-old Jeffry Lepsch at his home in Dakota, Minnesota yesterday. Police chief Ron Tischer says no additional suspects are being sought in the murders at this time but investigators are still piecing together some information regarding the crime. Not the least of which is where the murder weapon might be. They say Lepsch stole camera equipment worth thousands of dollars during the deadly robbery, presumably to sell through his online camera business. Lepsch had previously been convicted of stealing sixty thousand dollars worth of equipment from the Ace Hardware distribution center and selling it online. Much of the camera equipment stolen from May's was recovered at the Lepsch home.
