A CNN poll conducted after the debate between Vice President, Joe Biden and Congressman, Paul Ryan, last night showed that 48 percent said Paul Ryan won and 44 percent said Vice President Biden won....a virtual tie. On the campus of UW-L Today, Biden said he had some unfinished business to take care of from the debate.
