Sounding a bit like a war zone, repairs are in full tilt at the parking ramp at fourth and Main.  The city this week has started a half million dollar fix-up project at the ramp.  Crews are doing extensive concrete patching to deal with rusted and rotting reinforcement steel that has been exposed through years of concrete delamination.  The repairs are expected to last a couple of months, closing off dozens of parking spots at a time.
