Chris Herren rose to the top and then nearly fell through the bottom because of drug addiction.  Along the way becoming a messenger about surviving.  The former NBA boston Celtics guard comes to La Crosse tomorrow as the featured speaker in the YMCA's third annual Community Inspiration Event.  And a few other talks as well, says Y executive director, Bill Soper
