Nothing solves issues with government like more government.  Or that seems to be the concept behind the plan to create an economic development commission in La Crosse.  The idea is to help streamline development deals in city hall by making a new board to deal directly with developers.  Mayor Matt Harter has some questions about a new commission but he likes the part of the proposal that creates standards for handing out financial incentives to developers
