This time next year, there could be some noticeable changes at the WTC campus in La Crosse.  The school plans to bid out in the spring projects to get paid for by the 80 million dollar referendum passed by voters last week

TC president Lee Rasch.  Taxpayers anticipating a hit on their property tax bills next year of an additional 39 dollars per hundred thousand in property value will have a pleasant surprise.  Rasch says the first five years of bonding for the projects should push that tax his down to about 25 bucks per hundred thousand.
