La Crosse Mayor Matt Harter says he won't run for a second term. Harter says he's enjoyed his time in office and accomplished some of what he'd wanted to do, but is ready to go back to a "normal" job. Harter will not rule out another run for office in the future and says he will not endorse a candidate in the upcoming mayoral race.
