Tammy Cole, convicted of killing her boyfriend with a gun shot to the back of the head in April, 2010,  is asking for a new trial on the basis of an inadequate defense. She and her new attorney tried to state that case in Monroe County Tuesday. So how does D.A. Dan Cary feel the appeals hearing went?

Cary tells us that after some procedural filings are complete, a written ruling from Judge Todd Ziegler should come sometime in February.
