It might be a while before you bring that ice shanty out. Pretty easy reasoning.......there's no ice. Anthony Larson owns Coulee Region Outdoors and says the warming trends the past couple of years has pushed ice fishing back each year.
Larson says he has found some ice in the area...but recommends not fishing on any of it for at least a couple of weeks.
