Todd Wittenberg had a court date for Tuesday afternoon, at 1:30...
And Wittenberg did make it to court at 1:30...but not in the county where he was supposed to be. The 50-year-old Holmen resident was in La Crosse County court, suspected of heroin possession. At that hour, Wittenberg was scheduled to reach a plea agreement on heroin charges in Trempealeau County. He was one of five people arrested last July during drug raids in the Galesville area.
