Home sales jumped big across the state of Wisconsin in November.  But not nearly as big as the leap in homes sales for La Crosse county during the same month.  Latest from the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows a 25% spike last month over the same month last year statewide.  In La Crosse county, home sales increased by over 100%.    And while median price on homes dropped statewide by a couple percentage points, in La Crosse county, the median price was seven percent higher.  Up to $153 thousand.
