The Guest House Motel in La Crosse is closed now.  But the fourth street motel until recently was the site of frequent police visits.   During just the part of the year that the cut rate bare bones motel was open last year, police visited 42 times.  Tonight, a city council committee considers a request by Dahl automotive to tear down the Guest House to make room for more parking.
