Former La Crosse Police Chief Ed Kondracki finds himself once again working with alcohol issues. But this time as the new chair of the Changing the Culture of Risky Drinking Behavior Coalition. Katherine Kolkmeir with the La Crosse Medical Health Science Consortium says the cheif is a perfect fit.
