More Testing Requested Before Moss Homicide Trial

The longest-serving inmate now in the La Crosse County jail is set to be tried for homicide in March...or maybe April.

Cain Moss has been in jail for 17 months, since being arrested for the drug-related death of Anthony Du Charme. Today, Moss's attorney, Candice Tlustosch, said in court that she plans to seek more testing on autopsy samples from Du Charme.  That testing could delay the planned March 18th start of the trial. Moss is charged with reckless homicide for giving drugs to Du Charme, and with concealing the man's body on a hillside.
