No charges yet in a car-pedestrian accident from Thursday.   La Crosse police say 80 La Vonne Lepsch was gravely injured when she was hit by a car while crossing South Avenue at about 3:30 on Thursday afternoon.  It was a rainy afternoon and the light was dim, but police aren't sure if those are the conditions that led to the accident.  The woman who hit Lepsch says she never saw the woman.  One witness described Lepsch flying 20 feet in the air before landing in the middle of South Avenue.  Lepsch was taken to nearby Gundersen Lutheran.  The accident is still under investigation.
