You get the feeling that bicyclists are starting to get some traction in the coulee region? Tim Keneipp does. The president of the Driftless Region Bicycle coalition thinks getting around by bike is becoming more like normal.
Keneipp says more trails and bike lanes could get even more people traveling on two wheels. Keneipp's group is behind a week-long bike to work week in the area. The week kicks off with a Bike to Work Festival in La Crosse's Riverside Park on Saturday afternoon.
