Some Winter Fest Events Cancelled Due to Lack of Snow

Hard to have a Winter Rec-Fest when winter doesn't play ball. The city of La Crosse park department is cancelling events for its Winter Rec-Fest. Plenty of winter-like cold. Just not a whole lot of snow. Essential for events like the FAmily fun night at Forest Hills on Friday, which typically involves a lot of sledding. And the Snowshoe Scamper Race on Saturday. Both events have been cancelled.
