Changes Could be in Store for Stormwater Utility

La Crosse's new stormwater utility may be in for a few tweaks.  The utility hasn't yet had a year's worth of bills, but already, the city's water department is seeing some inconsistencies in how much certain properties pay or don't pay for the utility.  The city's public works board will look at changes that may include charging some properties that currently are exempt from the utility.  Through the first couple months of this year, the stormwater utility has taken in over 900 thousand dollars from the city's water customers.
