Van Driver In Sir Speedy Crash Pleads Guilty

A guilty plea today from the driver who left a big hole in the wall at Sir Speedy on Rose Street last December...

Seventeen-year-old Clifton Traywick now admits to crashing a van stolen from a local construction firm into the printing shop. Traywick and a passenger who allegedly stole the vehicle were trying to avoid police the night of December 14th. The van was going about 80 miles an hour before the crash. Traywick said he ran from the scene after the accident, because he didn't have a valid license.
