Among the drunk drivers tripped up by La Crosse cops this week-end is a guy who was not only driving drunk but was doing so illegally armed.  Police say a 28 year-old from Onalaska blew through a flashing red light in downtown La Crosse close to bartime on Sunday.  Police say he smelled of booze when they pulled him over and he blew a .19 but he was sober enough to let them know he had a loaded 45 in the center console of his pick-up.  So, besides the drunk driving charges, he also faces one for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
